Listing your treasures on Destash is free! When something sells, Destash charges a 9% transaction fee from the sale. We keep our rate modest and straightforward, without stacking marketplace fees or adding hidden fees. Just one simple rate, so you know what to expect when your stash finds a new home. ✨
Are transactions secure?
Payments on Destash are processed through Stripe, a trusted payment infrastructure provider. Your full payment card information isn't handled or stored directly by Destash. For safety, the seller's payout is triggered when the buyer marks the order as received, or automatically after 14 days (7 days for digital products). This gives buyers time to receive their purchase while ensuring sellers aren't waiting indefinitely for the buyer to confirm receipt. Payment and transaction details are also recorded through the platform, helping keep the details of your purchase or sale organized in one place.

Found something that belongs in your next project? 💕 Listings include details about the item, seller, pricing, condition, and shipping, with messaging available to connect with the seller along the way. Purchases take place through Destash, with order and transaction details available on the platform. For safety, the seller's payout is triggered when the buyer marks the order as received, or automatically after 14 days (or 7 days for digital products). Shipping information provided by the buyer is shared with the seller so those crafty finds can make their way to their new home.

What if I have a problem with an order?
If something doesn't go as expected, Destash provides tools to help navigate the situation. 💕 Buyers and sellers can connect through Destash to talk through questions or concerns. When a refund is requested or agreed upon, buyers and sellers can reach out to Destash for assistance with the transaction rather than handling the refund outside the platform. Keeping refunds within Destash helps maintain a record of the transaction and related communication. Destash may assist with disputes at its discretion and is not responsible for disputes or outcomes between members.
